Submissions
We welcome your comments about any of the Sites. However, we will not review or consider any unsolicited creative submissions or suggestions for topics at our seminars or within our newsletters or products. Refund/Cancellation Policy for Online Courses and Membership Programmes
I am sure you will understand why we cannot provide any refund on any potential cancellation following purchase of online programs as purchasers will have gained access to, and the ability to download the content contained within directly following purchase.
For membership courses and programmes you can cancel at any time though please note that when you cancel, no refunds will be given for unused time and you will forfeit full access to all programme materials and groups.

Refund/Cancellation Policy for Live in-Person Events
As I am sure you will understand, and as for most events you will have access to free and valuable content at time of event ticket purchase, a cancellation policy is important. However, we endeavour to be as fair as possible and in that vein tickets to the event cancelled 45 days or more before the event will receive a refund of 75% of the ticket price paid.
Tickets cancelled between 44 days and 23 days before the event between will receive a refund of 50% of the ticket price paid.
Tickets cancelled 22 days or less before the event will receive a refund of 20% of the ticket price paid.
There is no refund for cancellations notified on the day of the event.
