Manifestation Induction Meditation
Please enjoy this induction as often as you feel like doing it before the event. Go with the flow and know that it is going in at a subconscious level without any need for you to analyse it.

EXERCISES WORKSHOP ONE
EXERCISE #1
To help you identify resistance answer these questions:
1. What have I been saying to myself in my head that is getting in the way of me creating positive change in my life?
2. What excuses have I been making that are blocking my positive change?
3. Who am I blaming (if anybody) for how I am feeling and being now?
4. If I knew what I needed to do to overcome any resistance I am experiencing what would it be?
EXERCISE #2
This is not exactly and exercise but a practice. Set a reminder for every morning between now and the event to bring your attention to you being in the circle of energy of us all, AND FEEL IT!
EXERCISE #3
Taking stock of where you are right now.
Be mindful that we often think when things outside of us, or other people change that our world will be better, and this can be true. However, when we make change on the inside the transformation in our world is more profound and longer lasting. This is why focusing on the internal will make this exercise more powerful.
Pick the area you want to experience transformation in and answer these questions in relation to it:
1. Journal on where you are right now in that area. What is working, what is not working and what you would like to see improve?
2. What thoughts have been stopping you up to now in creating transformation in this area?
3. What have you been subconsciously believing about yourself to create your current reality in this area?
4. What have you been subconsciously believing about others to create your current reality in this area?
5. What have you been subconsciously believing about your world/environment to create your current reality in this area? This could be work culture, politics, where you live ie country, house, city or county, your home office, family dynamic etc.

EXERCISE WORKSHOP TWO
EXERCISE:
Who do I need to become to create the future I deserve? That's a big question and this exercise will help you answers it.
1. Environment: take some time to identify the perfect environment to step into that will connect you to that part of you that knows you can create the future you deserve. Describe it in detail and it may recreate itself in many locations.
2. Behaviour: What new behaviours would support you in that new transformed you ie the most supportive behaviours for that transformed you to live the good life you deserve? How would you behave at work, at play, with colleagues, with friends, with family? How would you stand, walk, talk? How would your problem solve, how would you have fun etc?
3. Beliefs and Values: What would I need to believe about me, about others, about my environment to experience and live the best life I deserve?
4. Mission/Purpose: What am I here on this planet to do? It could be community related, family, colleagues, you (to have fun), something related to supporting the planet.
5. Identity: Who do you need to become or identify as to create this transformation? Give that who/you a name.
