Exercise #1
Question 1: List all the areas and situations in your life where you have noticed that the old way of doing things is collapsing like hierarchical structures such as banks, church, political structures, corporations etc. Also notice situation maybe closer to home for you.
Question 2: Notice or research where you are seeing more collaboration in groups, corporations, collective initiatives, with friends or groups you are involved in and list them.
Exercise #2
After speaking about the Reticular Activating System and your subconscious, make a list of where have you experienced coincidences in your life. This can be back in your past or more recently.

Exercises #1
Question 1: Write a list of what you are aware of now (eg fear, shame, worry) that have been holding you back from moving forward and/or manifesting what you want in your life.
Examples could be fear of being seen, fear of success if you achieve this, fear of what others will think, fear of how you will be seen, fear that it won’t work out fear of losing friends etc, etc, etc.
Remember acknowledging your blocks and where they came from is the first step to clearing them to instigate long lasting change.

Take your time with this these
Question 1: How do I want to feel in this area(s) I am working on?
Question 2: What is possible (or what possibilities are out there) in the world and beyond to allow and help you feel that feeling?
Question 3: What goal could I set that when I achieve it, it will allow me to feel that feeling?
This is what is called a coherent goal.
Set your SMART goal.

M - Measurable
A - Achievable /Attainable
R - Relevant
T - Timed
