I am based in Galway and work online and in person, both nationally and internationally.

I work mainly with parents and caregivers that are feeling frustrated with difficult or negative behaviour, stressed, unfulfilled, exhausted, disappointed, stuck in repeating patterns.

I help them to regain control of behaviour within the home, deal with issues and causes of stress, look at ways of becoming more fulfilled, achieve the life that they always dreamt of and jump off the hamster wheel and move in a new and positive life.
