The clients that I work with are typically women from their mid-thirties to mid-fifties they are juggling career ambitions with life’s challenges. They are managing the constant demands of endeavouring to make everything within their circle work for everyone. They are the busy person who people look to and rely on to get things done be it at work at home or in their community.

I’m based in Leixlip, County Kildare, and work through Lunch and Learn events, group workshops, or one-to-one sessions in person, online or by phone.
