I work with men and women between 20 and 90 who want more from life, who know that they can do better and who are not afraid to make changes to achieve the results they want in their deepest heart. I work with people who are feeling frustrated, stuck, hopeless and defeated in a particular area of their lives from career to relationships (parenting, partnerships etc.), finances and health.

I am based in Cork and work face-to-face mostly with some introductory/follow-up calls. I offer 2-3 hour sessions and a 24-hour residential session.
