I work with people from the ages of 20 years and upward, both female and male.They are often frustrated, overwhelmed and wonder why they cannot change their situation despite their best efforts. They struggle with low self esteem, continually procrastinate and lack a sense of belonging. They wonder why others find life so easy and things do not seem to work for them.

I am based in Ballymote, County Sligo and work on a one-to-one basis, with groups both in person and online.
