I work with women in their 30s to mid 50s, who are feeling stuck and uninspired with life. My clients often experience low self-esteem and self-doubt. They may have dreams or goals but very often worry too much about what others will think. They are terrified of making mistakes and may also experience feelings of guilt and shame. They may have had a few disappointments in life that have left them feeling afraid things will never work out for them. This can result in them feeling afraid to take action and results in procrastination.

I’m based in Kerry and work one-to-one and also via Zoom.
