My clients are mainly women in their late thirties, forties and fifties who are wondering if there is more to life than what they are experiencing. They deal with worry, stress and lack of confidence in their lives on a regular basis and often wake up with no enthusiasm for the day ahead. They may even be unclear about the changes they wish to make.

I am based in Midleton, Co. Cork and work one-to-one or with groups both face-to-face or online via Skype or Zoom.
