I generally work with women, of any age, the majority of my clients would be working mothers, looking to improve their work/life balance. Many feel stuck, unable to move forward and are looking for more from life. I help them to move through fear and procrastination, reduce stress and anxiety and lead a more fulfilled and happier life.

I’m based in Co. Wexford and enjoy working with both individuals and groups and am happy to work to my clients preference for either face to face, or online sessions.
