I work with women and men aged from 20’s to 70’s who may have low self-esteem, feel a lack of confidence, social anxiety, limiting beliefs, feeling stuck in life are not realising their full potential. As a trained and fully accredited counsellor and QTT Practitioner I use an integrated approach to support clients to overcome blocks and issues they may face.

I’m based in Cork and work one-to-one, either in person or online.
